We aim to get your order shipped to you within 2 business days.

New Zealand Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: $7 (Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days.)

Exchanges & Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to exchange or return an item, please review our policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we do offer store credit or exchanges.
  • For exchanges, items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with any tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Hair products are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@darksheep.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at hello@darksheep.co.nz with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
